The passion of Pamela Stenzel is working with people from different cultures, professions, and personal backgrounds. She sees diversity as an enrichment and a stimulating opportunity to broaden each other's horizons and to leave one’s own comfort zone. Professionally, Pamela advises international companies and organizations in Europe and Africa as a lawyer, board advisor, and intercultural trainer. Her main topics are strategy, governance, compliance, and diversity. She sees herself as a bridge-builder between cultures, disciplines, and project participants. A special focus is on advising international supervisory boards. Social engagement is important for her in life and she is involved in various civil society initiatives, like VDU (International Commission) and FidAR (German WoB initiative -representative for the MENA region).
