Nina Gebauer is a business psychologist with over 6 years of professional experience in the fields of management consulting, management diagnostics, hr development, organizational development, leadership and coaching. She is one of the founding members of AmaliTech and responsible for HR Management. Furthermore, she is one of the founding members of the association Digital Skills Accelerator Africa (DSAA) and works as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant. Additionally, she supports young women and men through coaching and mentorship enabling individual personal and professional growth.
