Nedra Razgallah is a recognized expert in Strategy, Communication, Human Resources Management, and gender diversity management.

She has worked for major international companies in different sectors (Alcatel, Henkel), including the energy sector (Shell Tunisie / DNO Tunisia) and provided services in strategy, communication plan, HR services, diversity and integration to other companies for 20 years.

As a professional coach, she specializes in communication, career management, leadership and change management. Nedra Razgallah is a senior consultant accredited by GIZ and Consultant to the EBRD since January 2018. She is an expert in gender equality by ILO and a member and WoB consultant to the CNFCE.

She is an ICF Certified Professional Coach (International Coaching Federation since April 2010.

She graduated in Marketing in France, Paris I La Sorbonne and holds a diploma in management and marketing from IHEC de Carthage.
