Olga Mordvinova is founder and CEO of incontext.technology, a software engineering company which fosters sustainability and resilience in the industry through AI/ML. Their smart monitoring software unleashes data insights from equipment, machines and critical infrastructures to continuously improve customer’s business processes.

With over 15 years of experience in software development and research on distributed systems and AI, Olga focuses on data-driven business models, delivering intelligent data applications for IIoT. She is a technology enthusiast, actively driving the deployment of AI in the industry as mentor and contributor in various working groups from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and federal state of Baden-Württemberg. At VDU she is a member of the STEM commission and part of executive board for STEM in Baden.
