Alex Ntare is Chief Executive Officer of the Rwanda ICT Chamber. His work at the Chamber involves bridging the gap between private and public sector players in the ICT sector as well as overseeing and establishing new innovation programs for technology startups and innovators namely kLab , Fablab Rwanda LEAPR Applied Research Labs, Fintech Hub, 250 Startups, and other projects including, iHuzo , and MSMEs Go Digital . He holds a Msc in Investment and Quantitative Finance from the University of Westminster in United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology from NCC Education in UK as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Makerere University in Uganda. He is a passionate enthusiast of technology and digital innovation as well as startups mentor in the ICT ecosystem.
